Red Ruby Devon on menu at Top 50 Best in World
Two star Michelin restaurant, The Ledbury, Nottingham Hill, and The Clove Club, Shoreditch, offer Red Ruby Devon beef on the menu.
The Ledbury and The Clove Club achieved 14th and 26th respectively in the 2016 List of “Top 50 Best Restaurants in the World”. Their beef is sourced from Philip Warren & Son of Launceston, Cornwall and is predominantly Red Ruby Devon or Galloway beef from family farms on Bodmin, Exmoor or Dartmoor. Philip Warren says “meat from our region, salt chamber dry aged and traditionally butchered is proving to be among the best in the world.”
